This hotel is in a great location with plenty of shops and cafes nearby. You can easily walk to a coffee shop or the nearby grocery store. It's also convenient to get to the centre of the city with public transportation. the rooms are clean and the bathrooms are well-equipped. the hotel staff provide excellent service and the complimentary breakfast is delicious.
Although the hotel has several amenities, the wifi signal can be weak at times.

the hotel is easy to get to on public transportation. From downtown, one can take M1 or M2 to the end and then streettrain 3 to Hotel Zuglo.
We chose this hotel for the "heated indoor pool" and breakfast buffet, both were a bit disappointing.

We loved the excellent coffee made by Dori at the reception and enjoyed the pool and sauna facilities. It was also nice to sit out in the garden with a cold beer. This hotel is located in a convenient spot with easy access to the city Centre. Additionally, there is a nearby grocery store, bakery and departmental stores available for guests.
Couldn't stay longer.

Spent Xmas break with the family and had a lovely time! Kids enjoyed the heated outdoor pool and the cozy sauna. Breakfast buffet was great with many tasty options and plenty of hot coffee. The hotel is located in a quiet area, yet still close to major attractions. We loved the spacious family room with comfy beds and a nice view of the garden.
The decor was a bit outdated and carpets could use a good cleaning. Wi-Fi was spotty at times and the staff seemed a bit disorganized during peak hours.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. the value for money was excellent, especially considering the prices of other accommodations in the area. Secondly, the staff were polite and helpful, ensuring that my needs were met throughout my stay. Additionally, the basic amenities in the room, such as the fridge and TV, added to the convenience and comfort of my stay.
The hotel could have improved on the Wi-Fi connection.

Friendly receiptionist, Kovac Beru I think his name was...he was very nice indeed. The cleanliness and size of the two bedroom apt was also good.
The pool was much smaller in reality than what it looked in the brochure. It's a bit too far out for city sightseeing unless you intend to drive you car into the city centre.

We chose the hotel due to its proximity to the highway and based on the 3 star classification.
It is definitely not a 3 star hotel. It is a merely refurbished old communist hotel with new cheap furniture, dirty and stained carpets, impassable shower. The breakfast was unbelievable, poor and served with dirty greasy dishes, plates, cups and cutlery.
